Without militancy.<\/strong><\/p>\n Daniel escaped from the San Bernardo Hospital where he was being treated. In front of the Emergency Service he was intercepted by a military patrol. Once captured, he was shot. He was later treated and operated on at the same hospital, but he did not resist and died on the spot.
