Deaf since birth, author of the book “The Story of Suri, the Deaf Girl”, and volunteer teacher of Deaf Literature classes for deaf students. She holds a degree as a Technician in Public Administration from CFT PUCV and has completed coursework in Public Administration at IACC. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Pedagogical Training for Deaf People, focused on education and teaching Chilean Sign Language, as well as undergraduate studies in Commented Translation at UFSC – Federal University of Santa Catarina in Florianópolis, Brazil.

She serves as the Executive Director of the Fundación por un Chile Inclusivo and is a certified deaf instructor in Chilean Sign Language. She is also a volunteer activist in various organizations within the Deaf Community of the Valparaíso Region. She was president of the organization UNIDOS A.G. during the 2020–2021 term and was part of the group of deaf women who led the legislative process for the Chilean Sign Language Bill in Congress.

As a collaborator with FNZ, she has worked to promote the sexual and reproductive rights of deaf women. She is also an interpreter and translator of Chilean Sign Language and LIBRAS, the Brazilian Sign Language.
