Diego Rochow is a PhD Candidate in Criminology, Law and Society at the University of California, Irvine. He is also an attorney from the University of Chile and holds a Master’s degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine. His research interests include: criminal justice, new technologies, legal institutions, and vulnerable groups.
