María José Silva Arriagada is an attorney and a PhD student in the Law program (specializing in Constitutionalism and Law) at the Universidad Austral de Chile. She is a fellow of the National Research and Development Agency (ANID), conducting doctoral research on judicial stereotypes toward people with disabilities in Chile.
She has served as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences at the Universidad Austral de Chile, and since 2025, she has worked as a part-time professor at the Institute of Public Law, where she participates in teaching and research activities in the fields of public law and human rights.
