A psychologist with a Master’s and a PhD in Public Health, her research focuses on population aging, health trajectories, mental health, and the experiences of older persons, as well as the evaluation of programs implemented at the primary and secondary healthcare levels through quantitative and mixed research methods within the framework of Fonis and Fondecyt projects.
Her interests involve addressing complex research questions related to the health, mental health, and well-being of older persons, understood as multidimensional phenomena that require an interdisciplinary approach and the integration of diverse methodological perspectives. Currently, she is a member of the academic committee and faculty of the Doctorate in Psychology and Mental Health at Universidad San Sebastián.
