Laura Délano Pizarro

Researcher and activist in disability studies from an anti-ableist perspective. Candidate for a Master’s degree in Sociocultural Anthropology at the Universidad de Chile.

Experienced in research on sociocultural models for understanding disability, having contributed to a publication on violence against women with disabilities, with a focus on identity, autonomy, and agency.

She has experience in public speaking, delivering training sessions, talks, and conference presentations. Member of the collective Anticapacitistas Juan Gómez Millas and the Núcleo de Desarrollo Inclusivo, both entities at the Universidad de Chile.
