Javiera has a degree in Social Sciences and is a Family Scientist from Universidad Finis Terrae. She is also a student of the Master in Methods for Social Research at Universidad Diego Portales.
Her areas of interest are in studies on social inequality, gender and work and rights of people with disabilities.
Currently, she is doing her thesis within the Millennium Nucleus DISCA, in the line of research on sexuality and reproduction.
