Constanza is a lawyer from the Universidad Austral de Chile, Master in International Law from the University of Genoa, Italy, and is currently a doctoral candidate in the PhD program in Law, mention in Constitutionalism and Law at the same university. She is also a fellow of the National Doctoral Program of the National Research Agency (ANID).
Her areas of interest are related to special protection groups and human rights. She is currently developing her research in psychosocial disability of people under state custody.
From 2016 to date, she has participated in various seminars, projects, prepared articles, reports, books and other publications at the National Institute of Human Rights.
