Eduardo is a lawyer from Universidad Austral de Chile and a doctoral candidate in the Doctorate in Law program, mention in Constitutionalism and Law at the same university. He is also a fellow of the National Doctoral Program of the National Research Agency (ANID).
His areas of interest are related to the exercise of rights of persons with disabilities, especially in the study of reasonable accommodation measures as a measure that facilitates persons with disabilities the equal enjoyment and exercise of their rights. His areas of interest are also linked to the study of the political participation of persons with disabilities.
From 2018 to date, he has participated in various national and international research projects linked to disability legal studies, both as a research assistant, doctoral student or research associate.
