Wilson Verdugo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Universidad de Magallanes. He is an Occupational Therapist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Occupation Sciences from Universidad de Chile. He also has a Master’s in Education with a specialization in Curriculum from Universidad de Magallanes and a Master’s in Inclusive Education from Universitat de les Illes Balears, Spain. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Education at the latter university.
His professional and academic experience focuses on mental health and community psychiatry, as well as the inclusion of persons with disabilities. He has collaborated on international research projects funded by programs such as Erasmus+, addressing topics of inclusion, education, and work.
