Research Professor at Universidad Santo Tomás (Chile), Valdivia campus. She is a member of the Master’s in Public Law core faculty at UST. She holds a PhD in Law (Faculty of Law – University of Buenos Aires), is a Specialist in School Practices (FLACSO-Argentina), and is a lawyer and professor of Legal Sciences (Faculty of Law – UBA). She recently completed a Diploma in Comprehensive Sexual Education (National University of San Martín).
She was a researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET-Argentina).
Additionally, she is a postgraduate professor in areas such as Equality, Education, Social Rights, and Legal Education, among others. She was the Academic Director of the Latin American Human Rights Seedbed (Semillero Latinoamericano de Derechos Humanos), a training space for young law students organized by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR), the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and the UBA Human Rights Center.
Her areas of interest are linked to Human Rights, Equality and Non-Discrimination, Social Rights, and Gender.
